Parte das comemorações dos 12 anos do Instituto Carlos Chagas (ICC/ Fiocruz Paraná), a Coordenação de Comunicação, Extensão e Divulgação Científica da unidade vai realizar a Roda de Conversa “De Cientista para Cientista”, no dia 05 de agosto, às 18h, em formato remoto. O encontro vai reunir as jovens participantes do projeto “Cientista-Madrinha”, selecionadas para participar das ações previstas no edital Mais Meninas na Fiocruz, no início de 2020. As pesquisadoras do ICC, Letusa Albrecht e Pryscilla Wowk, serão as convidadas especiais e falarão sobre o tema “vacinas” às pessoas presentes no evento.
“Para além de celebrar o aniversário do Instituto, nosso objetivo é estimular sempre o interesse de crianças e adolescentes pela ciência. A ocasião é muito adequada para discutir um tema tão atual, entre as cientistas de nossa instituição e as meninas que sonham ser cientistas um dia, incentivando a multiplicação de conhecimento. Um momento importante, que reforça o compromisso do ICC com a divulgação científica e o combate às fake news”, explica a vice-diretora de Ensino, Informação e Comunicação do ICC, Maria das Graças Rojas Soto.
A roda de conversa será transmitida pelo canal do Youtube da Coordenação de Comunicação, Extensão e Divulgação Científica do ICC.
